Summary: Only stayed 1 night, but very nice, comfortable clean hotel. Missed a has brown at breakfast but very nice otherwise.(not a criticism) Nigel very helpful & a nice guy.

Summary: staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful, service and food was 10/10, we were in for a concert and we were given super clear instructions in terms of transport and things to do, super helpful we would definitely stay here again

Summary: Perfect stay before our flight in the early morning (6am). Nigel made us the most amazing Chips. Slept really well even though next to the airport.

Summary: The room was small but clean. At the Airport perimeter but noise of Aircraft not a problem. The reception was welcoming but there was an issue over the bill which seems to be an ongoing issue. We had to pay twice and are awaiting a refund. Close proximity to the NEC was useful. Bit overpriced for what it was. Breakfast choice limited we would have preferred Continental as an option. We were served poached eggs but unfortunately they had black pepper in them which spoilt them for us. Difficulty in using shower as it was difficult to control temperature.

Summary: 3 night stay for our visit to crufts at the NEC. Owners very friendly & obliging. Room was small, but ideal for our short stay. Room was clean. Lovely breakfast. Bus, 1 minute walk from hotel and only two stops and short walk into NEC.
